Brilliant place to stay, the food is excellent, the location in a good neighbourhood is amazing. The staff is lovely, they ensure you have a really comfortable time here. The breakfasts is absolutely superb and excellent with a wide range of food. The service is nice, includes handy parking. Btw parking is possible on site.

Mind-blowing hotel with super spacious rooms, friendly staff, and excellent location near public transport. Jaw-dropping value for money!

On the plus side, I can highlight : . 1. The silence in the rooms feels like we were alone in the hotel. 2. Very comfortable bed. 3. Excellent location. In the middle of shopping streets, but in a quiet alley.

The minus was one: we were asked in advance if we could get a room at 12:00, we were told no problem. We arrived at the hotel at 12:05, in the elevator met a hotel employee with our suitcases and things. All that was on the table, the employee to pack all the things in the bag . It was terribly unpleasant. It ruined the whole impression of the hotel . And the room was already being cleaned. It wasn't the season, and the hotel was half empty. They allowed me to come back for 10 minutes to change and separate the suitcase in the room, not in the hall. But it was still very unpleasant.

Excellent hotel location. Responsive staff. And just a super comfortable bed in which! I did not take breakfast, so I can not judge them, but when checked in, I asked for an electric kettle, and 10 minutes after I went up to the room - I brought it with a saucer and a cup! The windows went outside, but it was not noisy as the hotel is in a very comfortable and quiet alley. It was a bit hot in my room and I opened the windows regularly. There was a TV with many channels, but I can't tell you about the Russian channels, because they are not important to me and I don't know about their presence.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to metro stations and nearby restaurants and shops. the room was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and replacement of towels. the warm shower was a welcome respite from the cold weather outside.

The front desk staff were not very friendly or accommodating, and some guests experienced rude behavior. the lack of soundproofing in rooms facing the street made it difficult to sleep peacefully, as noise from outside could be disturbing at times.

Location is excellent, clear, comfortable room for a reasonable price, Spacious and light "comfort single room" with mini kitchen. On the street side and close to Ku´damm, still quiet thanks to proper windows and thick curtains. No air-conditioning but luckily the windows could be opened.So closed to public transportation such as U-bahn and S-bahn. U- bahn station is two minutes away and S-bahn 5 - 6 minutes away.

The room is large and well-appointed, comes with balcony as well as aircon. Offers very good service and good food. Besides, you can park your car onsite.

The breakfast here is top-notch, catering to all tastes. 🥐 Enjoy their tasty coffee, crispy croissants, and flavorful yogurts!

I found the location convenient for my plan of using public transportation such as U-bahn and S-bahn. U-bahn station is two minutes away and S-bahn 5 - 6 minutes away. I left a power cable for my shaver in the room when I checked out. When phoning the hotel after returning to my home, the hotel promised to send it to me by post.

The furniture in the room looked a bit dated but it was not a big problem for me.

The staff are friendly, clean, close to all the shops but would not consider it as a 4 star!.

Friendly staff, close to subway, huge luxurious bathroom, high-speed internet. Easy to reach from airport, good connections to city, clean large room, very friendly staff.

Huge room, staff very kind and very near to the underground station. Just a little far way from the very center of the city.
